For shell & core developments, GHz supplies Air Source Heat Pumps, AHUs, Fire Dampers and Smoke Control Dampers. Within the fit-out environment, the company provides FCUs, VAV systems, grilles and diffusers; often advising across the entire end-to-end system to ensure technical alignment and performance integration. By delivering a cohesive, joined-up approach across multiple product categories, GHz simplifies specification and procurement for consultants and contractors.
Founded in 2018, GHz Services supports design consultants and M&E contractors throughout the full project lifecycle; from early-stage concept and system selection through to detailed application support and on-site delivery. The business works closely with leading consultancies, including Arup, ChapmanBDSP and WSP, and has developed particular strength in Commercial Offices, High-End Residential and Data Centre projects; while drawing upon broad multi-sector product knowledge.

Guy brings over 35 years of experience in the HVAC and building services industry. After qualifying as an Architectural Technician, he moved into building services in 1990. His career has been predominantly supplier-side; including more than two decades with TROX, alongside experience with M&E consultant hurleypalmerflatt. Having worked both as supplier and specifier, Guy combines architectural understanding with extensive product and application knowledge; delivering practical, well-considered system solutions across complex commercial projects.
Charlotte Hutchins MChem
Charlotte is actively involved in product selections and technical application support across projects; working closely with consultants and contractors to deliver accurate, well-coordinated solutions. She holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and developed her strategic and analytical expertise during her time at PwC. Her chemistry and analytical background; combined with a structured, commercial approach; strengthen GHz’s ability to combine technical precision with responsive client service.

Guy founded GHz Services in 2018 and is a specialist ‘single point of contact’ providing cohesive joined up solutions across a range of products and systems. He focuses on Commercial Offices, Data Centres and High-End Residential projects but draws upon multi-product knowledge that spans a variety of HVAC systems across all sectors. His project experience includes prestigious installations for the likes of Barclays, BT, JPMorgan and LandSec.
After qualifying as an Architectural Technician Guy moved into building services in 1990. His HVAC career has been predominantly ‘supplier side’ and includes over two decades with TROX as well as a spell with M&E consultant hurleypalmerflatt.
Guy is unique: with his roots in architecture, his HVAC product and application expertise and having worked ‘both sides of the fence’ as supplier and specifier in a career which spans over 30 years and has been dedicated to the built environment.
